Changing Times

So i was on facebook the other day and i started thinging how as time goes on people find a new social network to join. Like for example i started with a bebo then came to te conclusion that was useless so I moved to myspace well really because all my friends used it so I wanted to be apart of it. Which is really how some of these sites become so big. Same occurace with facebook. Although I did have a facebook while still using myspace it was only when the trend shifted to using facebook that so did I. One recurring theme i see with all social networks that make the big time are that when one dies the next one thrives and aquires those members and more. Sure essentially they are all the same thing just a way of communicating with friends and family but there always seems to be something new and exciting after a while.

This also got me thinging to what is gonna be the next one that people use when everyone no longer used facebook.. Twitter tried but twitter also failed. However I do look forward to see where people of today find a new way to communicate with eachother over the internet.
